Privacy policy

• Your first and last name, email address, mobile number, and the display name you choose.
• Payment handles you choose to add: Venmo, Cash App, and the email or number your Zelle is registered to.
• Your goals, daily check-ins, disputes, and the charges and payments on your ledger.
• The rules you signed when joining a group, with the date, time, and the browser you used.
• Ordinary technical logs: IP address, browser type, and the pages requested, kept briefly for security.

To run the game: sign you in, show your group your goals and progress, keep the ledger, decide disputes, and send the reminders you opt into. We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for advertising.

• Members of your group see your display name, goals, check-ins, standings, dues, and any payment handles you added.
• Your group's admin also sees your full name, email, mobile number, and when you signed the rules.
• Nobody outside your groups sees your information, apart from the service providers below.

The app runs on Vercel (hosting) and Supabase (database and sign-in). Sign-in emails are sent through Resend. Text messages are sent through Twilio. Each processes data only to provide that service to us.

Texts are sent only if you verify your number and switch on reminders, or when you ask for a sign-in code. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Message and data rates may apply.

We keep your information while your account exists. Ledger entries and signed rules stay with the group's records for as long as that group exists, so the game's history stays complete for everyone in it. To delete your account, ask your group's admin or reply to any email the app has sent you.

Sign-in is passwordless: a one-time link or code to your email or phone. Data is encrypted in transit, and each group's data is walled off from every other group's in the database.

The app is not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
